  • Meditation reduces stress, so does a heavy work out. Yoga is also good!

  • it depends on you really...sometimes i find praying the rosary helps soothe anxiety for me, i think meditation would be similar. yoga is great...and so are intense workouts, if you are an intense kind of person :)
    is there anything you can do to change your stressors? i think recognizing what is out of your control and accepting that does wonders for your stress load too!
