Look for tricep exercises. I like doing a tricep extension down my back. Hold a weight in your hand then raise your arm so your upper arm is straight up next to your face and use the other arm to stabilize it. Slowly lower the weight behind you down to about your shoulder and bring it back up. Start light, even just a water bottle will give you a workout in this position if you're not used to weights. Push ups are great too, start on your knees or even leaning against a wall or counter if you can't manage a full push up.
