  • a good healthy diet will help you lose weight all over. pilates can be awesome for toning...and you could look into rubberbands for a work out too!

  • There's no such thing as targeted weight loss. You lose weight, you lose it from all over your body. Strength training exercises will help tone the area so it'll look less jiggly though. Pilates is great for that.

  • Walking and pilates are great for most parts of the body. You cannot target one specific area.

  • Myantek is right, no such thing as targeted weight loss but using strength training and cardio combined to lose weight and tone is great. one thing i do for that area are plie (plee-ay) squats with a dumbell. here is a how to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCVANw41B8c
