is there anything i can substitute for oil?

  • applesauce is a typical substitute for oil in baking, as is sour cream. Do you have margarine? You could melt that and use it for oil.

  • UNSWEETENED applesauce. It will affect the texture and even the flavor! I don't like it, I'd rather use the oil!
