If you were to go into labor at 16 weeks, do you think the baby could survive?

Have you ever heard of a baby being born so early and being able to survive? Even for a little while?
I'm having serious pains and getting concerned and worried.

  • No a child cannot survive that early, sorry. But more than likely you and baby are fine. Around that time you'll start to feel round ligament pains that can be prety intense but normal....but it's always a good idea to call your doctor and be seen just to be on the safe side.

  • No, go to the ER if you are in pain.

  • hurry to the hospital, hun. the ER staff will contact your doctor for your if there is anything seriously wrong. they'll monitor the baby & let you know what's going on. better safe than sorry. 16 weeks is still too early on in the pregnancy.. i hope you & baby are okay!
