Usually losing weight helps your periods to come back, not go away. If you are working out really hard that could be why no periods. But yes, missing period for great lengths of time (I didn't have a period for over a yr once) is very common in women w/ PCOS. But you can not self diagnose, you need to see a doctor. There is more that goes w/ PCOS than no periods and difficulty getting pregnant.
