so i might have pcos i havent been diagnose yet but all the symptoms are there, so i would miss my periods about 2 or 3 months the longest, and now i lost 20 lbs and it completely stopped , it been 4 months without one? has it happened to anyone else with pcos

  • Usually losing weight helps your periods to come back, not go away. If you are working out really hard that could be why no periods. But yes, missing period for great lengths of time (I didn't have a period for over a yr once) is very common in women w/ PCOS. But you can not self diagnose, you need to see a doctor. There is more that goes w/ PCOS than no periods and difficulty getting pregnant.
