  • just the fact that they canopt out means it will be a choice. You may have to pay for a seperate policy in some places. Also it does allow tax dollars to pay for in a back door way( which is something the government is so good at) it because money is to be given to community groups and there is no one watching what they do with it. When Planned Parenthood gets their money there is no one to monitor what that money is spent on. You know they will use it for everything they offer. Who believes they are going to put that money in a seperate pot and make sure it isn't spent on anything having to do with an abortion?

  • Do you have the actual Section number this is in. I have found a number of errors in summaries. I am not trusting any of them. It would be helpful if you also posted a link for your info. :)
