When did you start feeding your infant baby food with meat in it?

  • 7 months, but I never used the "baby food" meats. Who wants to eat canned meat/meat from a jar? I just started giving them little bits of meat I was eating at that age. Soft cooked chicken breast works well, as does ground beef. Just pull off a small pea sized piece for baby. If you can squeeze it between your fingers it is soft enough. Put it in their mouth and/or on their tray.
