Medical cards

If I move in with my mother while on the medical card will she lose hers because i live with her.

  • it's possible... if you're talking about the public assistance medical coverage since it's based on household income.

  • umm im not sure about hers but for you to keep yours...my sister in law claimed she was paying rent to her mother in order to only claim her income...so I would say you could chose a small amount and claim you pay that to keep your incomes seperate...oh and she had to cliam she bought her own groceries like an independent tenant
