What should i give my 9month old to drink?

besides his formula & juice is there anything else?

  • After my Daughter would drink her 4oz of juice i offer her Flavored water ( propel It is loaded with vitamins and calcium ) She doesn't like plain water

  • Probably a little water but your doing good. My first son was only drinking BM for his whole first year.

  • The best juice is pear juice it's the lowest in sugar. Water is good too. Eileen

  • My son is 9 months old too. He gets breastmilk & water. He's only had juice a couple of times. If you teach him now to like water, he'll be more apt to choose water over other sugary beverages later in life. I'm REALLY vigilant about sugar intake!
