  • um... well, first I would eat tons of fruits and veggies with 100% whole grain and drink tons of water... then, i would try some colon cleanse, and continue to eat really healthy... and if no progress is made, then i would go to the doctor and be tested for strange disorders :)

  • yea and I try to take probiotics and cayenne, sometimes I will put it off and I get worse. Takes awhile for anything natural to work through your body,so if you try these give it at least a couple weeks to notice a difference. the hardest thing for me is I like cheese and I love me a tall cold glass of milk and these are bad culprits and can cause constipation, meat too.

  • Try changing your diet --- lots of fresh fruit, especially bluberries ( a great anti-toxidant !), ---plus plums. Eat bran, wheat germ and try cooking yourself some bulgur wheat. Exercise, exercise, ---especially long walks.

  • Stimulants will make you go - coffee/caffeine, for example. Could also cause cramping in excess amounts - but so could any laxative or stool softener. Yogurt and fiber can also help. First and foremost, you should find out WHY you are constipated - poor diet, digestive problems, etc. Pinpoint the cause and it will be far easier to treat.
