  • usually the teeth come in starting at the front with the front central incisors being the 1st, then laterals, canines, and molars are the last to come in - a full set of baby teeth is 20 teeth. There is nothing after the molars.....until the child starts loosing the baby teeth and the adult ones come in, then they get 'extra' teeth-- premolars and the 3rd molars or 'wisdom' teeth -a full set of adult teeth is 32 teeth.

  • hard to tell with my daughter. She did not cut them in the normal order. First she got the bottom two middle ones, then an eye tooth on top and then a month after that she cut the top middle ones, she has two molars and just cut the one tooth next to the bottom middle ones. Doctor laughs at her at her appointments cause she cuts them in a strange order and can look a little strange when she smiles.
