  • Put the instead cup in after sex.You can lay there with hips propped for 20 minutes as well,anything helps to conceive is worth trying.The instead cup can remain in you for 6 hours than remove.

  • Anon 8:22 - You say that and then you put "K" at the end of your sentence. Without a coma where there should be, and using a letter instead of forming the proper word. "K" is a letter, it isn't a word.
