Bible history question?

One of the other questions got me to remember something.

Does anyone know where I can find the scientific/historical information that was found in relation to the bible?

I'm not christian, but I love studying religions. If someone can tell me where it is, I would appreciate it. I'm thinking history or discovery channel..

  • I can't remember exactly, but I've seen some good shows on it.

Also, there's a bible study guide that I found to be very good - it's intended to be a "read your way through the bible" sort of thing, but it also has a lot of references and sections in it that show historic context and also there are parts of that that talk about things like archeological discoveries that confirm things that were written in the bible, etc.

It's called "What The Bible Is All About"

  • If you like reading there is also a book called What the bible is all about. I'm not sure if it has to do with the movie though. There was also a show on the history channel called the bible brought to truth. Good luck.
