How many eggs each?

Growing up it was always 1 dozen each in my family (x5 kids is 60 eggs!)

My daughter is one this year so I'm thinking Hubby, me and her will split two dozen..

How many do each of your kids do? Do you die some too?

  • When my son was one we just did 2 dozen too. I personally LOVE hard boiled eggs. So after him finding them all we made an egg salad to take to the lake that afternoon for our Easter picnic.
I remember as a kid there would be so many that we were sure we never found them all LOL.

  • I think we did a dozen each growing up, so 24 eggs.

We were doing 3 dozen, but my hubby made scrambled eggs for breakfast, so we will probably only end up with 2 dozen.

  • I think my son has around 40 or 50. But they are not all for him, they are for all the kids of relatives to share.

  • We color our eggs raw. DS and I do them together - we do an 18 pack.

  • We usually do 2 dozen total. We have 3 kids, so each kid does 6 or so, and hubby and I "help".
