A bad idea, perhaps?

does anyone else think it's a bad idea that iPhones have an app that you can basically control your house from? and that ADT offers a keychain that turns your house alarm on and off? i mean, what if - hypothetically - someone snatches your purse (or car or whatever) and they get a hold of your phone and keys, and they go to your house and rob you, or worse, wait for you to get home? or what if the keychain battery goes dead before you can turn your house alarm on as you're leaving and you don't know it? i just think it's unnecessarily risky. i mean, what were they thinking when they made these things? this is info on the iPhone app, copy and paste it: scary stuff! what do you think?

  • maybe it is password protected, but who's to say someone can't hack into the network and get your password? i mean, if someone's REALLY after you, they'd do anything to get what they want. lol and yeah, i'm probably reading into it too much, but hey - i got no life lol. seriously - i actually moved, met my husband, got married and popped out a kid - i never got the time to find any friends lol, and i'm a stay-at-home mom. i get into arguments with TV commercials! it's the most entertaining thing i can find lol.
