how long does it take to thaw breastmilk? can i run it under warm water?

its been two hours and its still frozen solid in the fridge

  • I've always thawed it under warm water if it was being used right them. It always takes so long in the fridge.

  • its perfectly fine to run it under warm water. It takes a good 5-10 minutes to get all the milk thawed without little cubes remaining.

  • Yes, and if it's in a flat storage bag, it'll heat it as well.
