I need meal Ideas for a 1 year old

My daughter is almost 18 months old and I need meal ideas for her. She has 4 molars top and bottom, usually I give her pastas, chicken nuggets, baked tator tots, fruit cups, pbj, but I am running out of lunch/dinner ideas and she is getting bored with her food. Does anyone have any healthy suggestions?

  • We just feed DD whatever we eat; since we eat fairly healthy food hers is healthy. Hmmm....maybe mix up the pastas a little? DD loves whole grain pasta with a roasted tomato sauce, she likes brown rice with broccoli chicken stir fry, all sorts of stuff really. I have recipes written down if you want them pm me and I'll send them to you, probably more than you want lol. I love cooking when I'm home.

  • I agree with the PP. The kids get whatever I am eating.

  • Our kids have always gotten what we eat since they stopped using baby food. I don't see the point in making 2 meals.

  • My son has his own ideas about food now but at that age, he ate whatever we ate just smaller.

  • My 16 month old eats what we are eating for supper. Lunches can consist of: yogurt, fresh fruit (berries, bananas, mandarin oranges with no sugar added, pears, etc), cheese cubes, sliced cheese toasted on whole wheat bread, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich, steamed carrots and/or potatoes, etc.

  • My son eats what I eat. We eat very healthy so veggies and fruit are at every meal plus a meat dish. He just eats on a smaller scale.

  • Chicken salad sandwiches! I just gave some to my 13 mos old daughter the other day for the first time (it was on a croissant) and she loved it. I have a hard time getting her to eat meats so I was pretty excited. Also someone told me about this website about a week ago and it had some pretty good ideas:
