I'm sick of everything I make! Receipes anyone?

I need a good resource for receipes. I'm looking for healthy and under an hour, but more importantly..easy to make. I don't know what capers are and do not own a spice rack.

Also if you have anything I can make that will be good for lunch left over ideas...I would appreciate it.

  • I'm making Giada DeLaurentiis' Classic Lasagne to take to my sister's house tomorrow for lunch. I'm using a combo of the tomato sauce and the Bechamel, although you could only do either one or the other. I thought it might be interesting to have the best of both worlds! I had extra time today so I made the tomato sauce ahead of time to cut down on prep time tomorrow.
