  • today we are having left overs from Easter dinner yesterday since we have tons of ham left
Tuesday is chicken and dumpling soup
Wednesday is Tomato soup and grilled cheese since I been graving that
Thursday is left over chicken and dumpling soup since I can't make that in small portions and I always make enough for an army lol
Friday not sure yet since we always buy enough until Thursday and then we go get something for dinner on Friday's

  • I have a sort of go to menu. It's about 2 weeks worth of food that I have on hand for dinners, regurlarly. It helps with my grocery shopping(note, the whole menu is gluten free and processed food free)-
Roasted chicken with peppercorn sauce with roasted veggies
    Chicken Divan
    Chicken Alfredo w/ caesar salad
    Alice Spring Chicken
Pork Chops w/ fig sherry sauce
Pork Chops w/ smoked bacon sweet onion mustard sauce

    Meatball soup
    Salmon w. mango salsa
Salmon w/ balasmic sauce and sauted spinach
    Salmon w/basil crean sauce
    whitefish w/ lemon cream sauce

    It works for our family!
