Child Support Question: Can Child Support find out about taxes being filed if the money gets deposited into another account then the person filing?

My sons father filed taxes. However, he refuses to open a bank account. The money he is getting back is going into his parents bank account. Can child support find this info out-that he is getting money back from the government even tho he doesn't have a bank account.

  • What about people who recieve a paper check and cash it at walmart or somewhere? It doesnt seem like he would need to deposit an IRS issued check into a bank account for the government to find out that he got one.
