Will fast food restaurants ever go out of business?

  • i don't think that all people are too "lazy" to cook like another poster said. I think its the exact opposite. I think some people work so hard that they have no energy left to cook anything and they use the drive thru all the time...that does not mean that they are lazy. We eat out about twice a week. Once a week i may cook a very nice dinner...the rest is very easy meals...such as spaghetti, crockpot meals, pork chops or just something easy. I don't see drive thrus going away but i do see the government getting pushier on health and probably forcing every drive thru and even dine in to have calories listed on their menu

  • nope....morbidly obese ppl just love their double cheeseburgers. fast food isn't bad in moderation. i'm skinny and athletic but i enjoy mcdonalds and taco bell. SOMETIMES....but ppl take it too far and eat it all the time

  • don't knock the younger generation. i'm 20 and i love to cook, i'm good at it too. and i have every intention of teaching my kids how to cook
