You're supposed to use FMU right....

but what if you don't go to sleep until after 3 am and don't get up until 12 pm....would that still count as FMU if you haven't peed since you went to bed?? I've been wondering this.......

  • Really they say fmu because its concentrated and you havent had anything to drink since before you went to bed. So as long as you haven't had anything to drink for like 4 or more hours straight you should be fine. It doesnt really matter what time you get up.

  • First pee of the day-- after it has concentrated in your bladder. "Morning" is when most people get up.
