This 3 bedroom 2 bath loft is in the heart of downtown. With decorative exposed brick walls and original wooden beam ceilings, this loft has a ton of charm. Regularly priced at $1050 a month, you can get it at the special price of $900 on a 14-month lease. This price includes cable, Internet, water/sewer/trash, closed circuit monitoring, after hours courtesy patrol, limited access entry system, enclosed pet run, indoor pool, indoor play ground, fitness center and rooftop recreational area equipped with BBQ grills and seating. Close to downtown bars and restaurants, as well as a walk away from the Riverfront, this loft is located in the perfect place!
would you move or stay giving those options?
