why is there always one person in the answer section that suggests that we should all "move"?

i mean... ok so your neighbor's are bothering you OR your neighbor's dog's are bothering you OR your nieghbor's kids are bothering and harrassing you and your kids OR your MIL lives down the street OR you have a druggie neighbor OR you have a neighbor that passes her kids off to you OR you just have hateful nieghbor's....so why is it we have ding dong's in the answer section who give the most simple answer.....

"move" ...i mean are we really suppose to pick up and move just like that? is the grass greeener on the other side if we pick up and move? is the person that answered your question willing to move herself if it happened to her??? are we all suppose to made of money these days now??

easier said then DONE!!!

  • That's how it is with every question. Even in the relationship section if someone posts a question about a problem they are having with their DH or SO, someone always says "get a divorce."

  • you cant change other people so you can agree to disagree with your neighbors and leave eachother alone or ignore/avoid them. If it i really bad and you cant make the situation livable then moving may be an option. their are people everywhere with different ideas so tolerance is the best option if possible.

  • they aren't thinking. they're just answering a question without any idea of the realities of their solution and then have the right to tell you that you can't complain b/c you didn't follow their advice. just ignore them...but if you live by a drug dealer...well maybe it wouldn't be so bad to consider getting out if you can! :P

  • Couldn't you just ignore the answer instead of posting a gripe about it? Maybe that was the first thought that came into thier head for advice to give to you.You can't change other people...so just move. I wouldn't call that person a ding-dong. Thats not nice.

  • You would just be trading one problem for another if you moved.

  • I would not just move. I would also not give the advice to just move. The grass is not always greener, there are problems everywhere. Besides...LOL....I might just be the neighbor with the barking dogs that some want to move away from. JK
