how can i lose lbs quickly before a photo shoot? i need to lose bout 50lbs is it possible?

  • You cant lose it quickly, You lose it fast you gain it fast.
    Just exercise daily and change your eating habits
    No soda No junk food No fast food
    Eat normal regular serving not these huge servings people eat today
    Eat more raw veggies and lots of fruits
    Not a lot of pasta either.

  • I needed to lose 40lbs now I need to lose 30lbs. I have been losing about 2 lbs a week and that is by counting calories and exercising daily. I think 2 lbs is a good rate to lose weight. How soon do you want to lose it?

  • Well said Mrs. Owens My suggestions as well...

    Simple science... burn more than you eat! Eat well, snack well, smaller portions, WORK OUT daily.... Cardio is the best.

    You can't just wish to loose 50 pounds, you can't just take a magical loose 50 pounds quick pill. You want to loose 50 pounds it wont be easy, it won't happen in days. Work hard and it will happen for you.

  • Go to google and type in superfoods. These are the kinds of foods you need to be eating. They are high in nutrients and almost all are low in calories.


    Go to google and type in DASH diet. This diet was first developed to reduce hypertension. Researchers found out it was good for weight loss and other health conditions. It is a good eating plan for life.


    Exercise actually doesn't work so well. You don't want to be a couch potato but exercise can make you more hungry and you end up eating more calories than you burn. You need to figure out what kind of person you are.


    Drink only water. No artificial sweetenters.
