how is your 5 year old doing in school?

i have a son my oldest he is 5yrs old.
he attends trans kendergarten.
he loves it he has many friends.
loves to learn
gets along and shares with everyone...
he can count to 50
and knows all of his colors
its a shock to let that much sink into a 5yr olds head but he seems to enjoy every min of it.
so i dont complain..

i have a 2 yr old also and all he talks about is going to school next year,
which he might bc i will need to work by sept with my almost husband going away!
and day care is just tooo much.
so i actually have to think about it good,

  • My 5 yr old is doing ok. he is in Kindergarten but is about to start an IEP. He has high functioning Autism so it is interfering with his social and visual motor development. He has a rough time but educationally he is right on or above target.

  • my son is doing great... He can count to 160, he is already reading to me :) he has read me 5 diff. books with only needing help with a couple words! He is great with math, adding and subtracting is easy for him... He is spelling words right... it is just amazing how much they can learn!
