helllo all,, i am new to this and i am trying to find out a few things for my daughter

who is going through a divorce,, she was married only 14 months when her husband filed for divorce,, (he wants to play), anyhow, they have a 9 month old daughter, my daughter has temp custody, they have a hearing in june, and up until last week, he had given her no support,he is in the coast guard and was ordered by one of his chiefs to start giving her a certainj amount every payday,,
anyhow,, what i am looking for is what should she be looking to include in divorce other than visitation and support,, we all know there are things that we go-- i should have had that included in the divorce papers,,,, this is what i am looking for,, those extras that we never think of at the time, i would really like this to be thorough the 1st time,,, there is now home or real estate owned, so that is now an issue,, please help ladies,, i need all the ideas you all may have that we have not thought of,,,

  • who will claim the child for taxes.. make sure there is something in there about who and when so there isn't a fight every year
