Does child support stop at age 18 in CA

If the child is 18 and graduates from HS in June, does child support stop when the child turns 18 or when he graduates?

  • My mom's child support agreement was made in CA and it said that as long as me or my siblings were in school my father had to pay child support until we were 24. If we didn't go to college than it ended when we were done with high school or we turned 18 which ever came last.

  • I think it depends on the divorce decree. Most say 18 or graduates High School.
