i drink coffee in the mornings and at night, about 2 cups each time. Can a teaspoon with each cup be fattening. Also can those flavored creamers make you put on weight?

  • 1 tsp of granulated white sugar has about 16 calories.

Creamers vary, depending on flavor and whether or not they are powder or liquid.

  • 2 TBSP is about 40 cal. It can make you put on weight if you are only eating too many calories and not burning any.

  • You can have your coffee with a teaspoon - they don't have any calories!

  • Teaspoons won't travel through your digestive system, so yes, if you're swallowing four of them a day, you will gain weight, but it won't be fat, just metal.
