  • thank you, that is my point IF the children have him as a role model it is because of his athletic abilities not how many people he screwed. Actually it would be a good time to talk to your children you know. Sit down with them and explain what he did was wrong the consequences and such but that doesn't make him a bad golfer, that way they can still have their dreams of being "as good as him" but also won't follow his path as they get older

  • even if he is which he isn't he is still a great golfer his personal life should have nothing to do with it.

  • Tiger Woods and his sexcapades are between he and his wife. I don't give a rat's a** what he does because it doesn't for one minute change any part of my life. I'm tired of hearing about it because I don't feel like it's any of my business or anyone else's. Is a good role model? He would be a good example of how to be a good golfer, but maybe not a great example of how to be a husband.

  • unfortunately your personal life sometimes coincides with your work life, especially in celebrity world. so yes, his personal life does have to do with it. if his personal life should have nothing to do with his work life, then his sponsers wouldn't have backed off. but no, my he's not my kids mentor. they're only 3 and 1 anyway.

  • I don't think having celebrities as role models is a good idea for anybody, especially young kids. Why should someone be a role model just because they happen to be famous??

When I was growing up my heroes were mostly firemen and astronauts. I mean risking your life going into a burning building to save someone you don't even know? Or having the rocks to strap yourself to the biggest stick of dynamite in the world and blast your happy fanny into outerspace?? Yeah, we need more of those types, Tiger Woods? In my book he's never been more then an arrogant snot, his latest behavior doesn't surprise me at all.
