10 month grinding teeth

Is it normal for them to grind their teeth? Should I be concerned and what can I do? He is only 10 months

  • It could be that he is teething and trying to relieve the pain. I know that when one of my teeth hurts I tend to clamp down tighter and grind my other teeth. I would ask your dentist cause there may be another problem going on.

  • he's fine, leave him be. At ten months it is not a huge concern and is probably a comforting mechanism... don't get stressed. If he is still grinding at 3 or 4 he might need help, but remeber these are ALL baby teeth. It will be okay
