  • I have never heard of it. What does it require?

  • That should really be a last resort if it's absolutely essential that you lose a lot of weight immediately, and you should be under direct supervision of a doctor. The diet isn't as simple as just taking hCG -- that's in addition to a very strict 500 calorie a day diet. That's like one meal spread out over the whole day. The hCG just helps with the side effects that such a low-calorie diet can produce and with weight distribution.

I've never tried it, but I would imagine that yes, it would be very hard to follow, but only getting 500 calories a day is bound to show results.

Talk to your doctor before you do anything, though.

  • take hcg 3 times a day and follow a strict 500 calorie a day diet consisting of protein, fruit and veggies...what it does is enable your body to feed off your stored fat, so while you are eating 500 calories a day, with what your body is eating from the stored fat you are actually eating like 3500 a day, and you supposedly still feel full, i'm not sure though, that's why i came here, lol
