Wt loss in general will likely help, and like pp said, core strengthening is essential. You cannot target fat loss to any specific body region with any exercise, pill, food or anything else. Our bodies do not work like that. We all distribute and collect fat differently. Some accumulate or lose fat most noticeably in the breasts, others in the hips, others in the thighs/butt, others in the belly. We are all different and there is no proven method for losing fat in any one area of your body.
