  • Building a strong core can be achieved by pilates. However belly fat will not be lost that way as you can't target fat loss. Your body will decide where to take fat from. Belly fat is notoriously stubborn fat though.

  • Doing Cardio at least 4 times at least 30 mins. Doing Pilates, yoga.
Really watch your diet. Drink 3 cups of green tea its proven to help burn belly fat.

  • Stress management will also likely help reduce accumulation of mid-section fat. Yoga is great. I have not heard of any research proving green tea burns belly fat, but green tea is certainly a good thing to drink, regardless. Wt loss in general will likely help, and like pp said, core strengthening is essential. You cannot target fat loss to any specific body region with any exercise, pill, food or anything else. Our bodies do not work like that. We all distribute and collect fat differently. Some accumulate or lose fat most noticeably in the breasts, others in the hips, others in the thighs/butt, others in the belly. We are all different and there is no proven method for losing fat in any one area of your body.
