Should I do majority cardio or weights?

I am a good weight & I just mainly want to stay tones and not bulky looking.

  • You need both. Muscle burns fat...so you need to have some weight training to build lean muscle. Cardio burns fat WHILE you're doing the work out. Muscle burns fat even while you're at rest.   • Another vote for both. Cardio every time you work out. Weights 2 or 3 times a week.
