What should I consider for a birthday party?

My daughter will be 3 this weekend and we are having a party at a local park. I have secured a shelter by the playground. There will be about 30 people, including 7 or 8 kids there. I got tablecloths, plates, cups, & napkins today. Chalk and bubbles for the kids if they don't want to play on the playground. I will pick up balloons before the party and have signs to put up directing guests.

Am I forgetting anything? We are making cupcakes this weekend (pink and purple, God help me!).

  • maybe you can also have a pinata and hire a clown. that might also be fun for them. oh yeah . and how about pin the tail on the donkey. that could be fun as well.

  • Definately don't forget the camera..... at her age...... the memories will be like photographs unfortunately, but what will last is the love she felt.
