Anyone know of a place like this:

Weather is very mild all year, not too hot, not too cold (obviously a few days will be hot, a few will be cold, but OVERALL).
No (or VERY little) snow or rain.
No common natural disasters.
Fairly small community with good schools.

We want to move and to live somewhere like this!

  • I wanna find a place like this too!!! when I first read it I was thinking of somewhere like Kansas, but they get tornadoes. tropical places like puerto rico stays like 70 degrees all year.

  • Arizona?! Are you crazy, it gets to like 115 in the summer AND they have earthquakes.

    Not all of Arizona gets 115 in the summer
    My Grandmother lives out there and I love it. The weather is beautiful year round! Its not very tropical but it is where I would love to live. I have not heard of any earthquakes out there but you have earthquakes everywhere
