  • When I nursed I took nothing but tylenol, thats what the doctor told me, you can find some homeopathic medications for cramps that would be ok, I never had a period when I nursed so Im not sure if they work.

  • NO MIDOL whilst breastfeeding.

It has a diuretic in it. Diuretics are a no-no for breastfeeding. It'll dry you. No midol.

For cramps, try RRL tea (red raspberry), hot chamomile tea, and yoga poses such as downward dog and praying child.

  • Anon :14 is incorrect.

Midol Complete contains acetominophen (safe), caffeine (safe UNLESS baby is already known to be sensitive), and pyralimine, which the Lact-Med database says IS safe in small doses.

Midol Complete IS safe to take.
