Left over formula...

My daughter wont be a year old til the 20th but we had a wic appointment yesterday and they started her on whole milk and she's doing great no problems with it so far.But she still has an unopened can of formula and some left in another can and has a whole can at my dads and there some at daycare.any advice?

  • If it were me I'd use the formula up, and then go right to milk.

  • I always finished up what formula I had, especially the open ones. The unopened can you can always give it back to WIC to hand out to mom's that don't have enough.

  • I do half milk half formula.until its all gone.My daughter will have formula til she is 2 but still gets milk.So its half and half.

  • I had almost 10 cans of forumla left over when it came time to switch and it was and expensive type of forumla. .so I actually sold it cheap to someone who needed it and put it in my babies piggy bank
