I didn't work out after my 2 previous pregnancies. I got back down to my prebaby weight easily and just wasn't worried about it. This time I'm working out through out my pregnancy and I'll probably wait the full 6 wks before I start really working out after the baby is born. Although I will probably start doing some walking around 4wks. Baby will be born in winter though so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get outside or to a treadmill very often.
