where would parents of children that dont meet the guildline of woman infant children program (wic) get help of nutrition tips for their kids

  • Check out Mypyramid.gov. There are different pyramids for different ages. PM me if you want, I've been a nurse in a preschool for 12 years, worked Maternity/nursery before that. I'm on an obesity prevention task force.

  • Re aply for WIC and tell them you support 5 people. They don't ask for proof.
