What fish can you eat

Ok landy's I know that we can't have some fish. My Question is can I eat this. Mrs.Paul's 100%whole fillets lightly breaded haddock fillets. Thanks for any answers.

  • Yeah. It's mostly tuna and shell fish that are bad. Most white fish and salmon are good to eat.

  • Nothing high in mercury but really, most fish is fine. Halibut, cod, haddock, it's fine.

  • Yes, but no more than 2 servings a week. Almost all fish has some mercury. Sordfish is a no-no even in moderation. Tuna you can only have 6 oz a week and she never eat it more than 2 times a week. You also need to not eat too much shrimp and other shell fish. The safest fish is salmon. Fish is a good source of protein and shouldn't be completely avoided, but you should never eat it more than 2 times a week and never a huge serving while pregnant or breast feeding.
