my 13 yr old daughter has recently been getting hives mostly being on legs arms and hands. She has also started to vomit(only once) but im not sure what to do? should i seek medical advice??

  • maybe go to one of those health sites or google it. id atleast call the doctor. benadryl usually helps mine but it makes me really tired.

  • Yes, you have to find out what she's allergic to. The vomiting may be the next step in an anaphylactic (life threatening) allergy. Get some Benedryl so the next time you see hives, you give her a dose. Take her to the ER if she has hives/vomiting, or call 9-1-1 if you are far from the hospital. She is going to have to see an allergist to determine what she is allergic to. If you can figure out what she has eaten or been exposed to each time the hives happen, keep her away from that until the testing is done. Good luck.
