i suggest that if you do it, that you read the book first. there is good information about how the diet is to be done...like not eating foods with chemicals...there is an extremely low carb portion of the diet for just two weeks, then you slowly increase the carbs until you find the point that causes you to gain weight.
it helps to do it tight and read the book.
what i did not like about it, was that first two weeks, i only got 1 small salad a day, i like weight watchers b/c they say pure veggies are a free food...and i love to eat : )
