Couch-to-5k program?

Has anyone tried the Couch-to-5k program? This training program claims to help the average couch potato run a 5k race more easily. I'm in decent health, and somewhat fit, but I know I can't run a 5k right now. Has anyone tried this?

  • i keep starting it then having things come up where i can't run, but i am going to get back into it. I think it could work. maybe not for someone is like horrible health or who is very obese or w/e.. not htat fast anyway. but i think that yes, you an run a 5 k with a couple months of training.

  • Haven't tried, but just bought a pair of walking/running shoes and hope to test it out!
