  • That's really open-ended...what in particular are you looking to learn? Kellymom has a chart on timetables for storage.

    Pump, put into container of your choice...bottles or bags or even ice cube trays...freeze. Don't put the milk onto the door...that's the warmest spot in the freezer. You can combine an entire day's output in one container if you wish but must cool it all on the fridge to the same temp first. TYou can pump, refrigerate, move to freezer. Thaw by running warm water over the container or pooping the container into a cup of hot water. No microwaves.
