  • Sprinkle Mrs. Dash and bake in the over 400 for about 7 minutes on each side. I like all the Mrs. Dash spices and they are salt free.

  • I like to make a lot of fish in a foil packet. Sprinkle in some lemon juice and olive oil, add some onions and zucchini with a lemon slice, top it off with some fresh herbs. Seal the foil packet to lock in the flavor, then bake it.

    Most kinds of fish are awesome that way!

  • Add a topping when baking fish....First I bake my fish. My topping is mayo, parmesean cheese, butter, and garlic butter flavored crushed croutons. Place under broiler till topping is golden.
