disinfecting spray for couch

So am the biggest germophobe out there, can anyone recommend a household disinfecting spray I can use to kill germs on couches??

  • Can you wash the cushion covers?
    Do you have a steam vacuum with an attachment for upyholstery?
    You could clean the couch that way, with vinegar water.

    I have been known to spray couches & pillows with Lysol when I was freaking out due to a stomach flu bug that descended on our house, but I don't think its suggested. LOL

  • You can't really kill germs in a padded, upholstered piece of furniture. But unless you have a compromised immune system, you really should be exposed to normal, everyday germs while you're young enough to build up a resistance to them; it's better for you in the long-term.

  • Lysol can be sprayed on fabrics.
