frozen vension roasts

I usually make a huge sunday supper so I leftovers for monday--and make a menu for the week--this week I can't get my crap together--so today I decided to make two venison roasts--but they were frozen they are in the oven now with onions and spices and water what do think is going to happen, will they turn out?

  • I always cook mine from frozen - in the crock pot though. I let them go on low overnight (I put them in around midnight and we'll eat them the next day sometime, so they'll cook 12-18 hours on low). As long as you don't cook them too hot or fast they should come out fine. I've never cooked a venison roast from thawed.
