Finger Foods

My girls are 10 months old and I would love to start more finger foods than just puffs... what should I try, I have no clue? I could use any suggestions!! THANKS :)

  • Cherrios, goldfish, spagetti-o's(they're messy but my 10mth old loves them lol), crackers and yogurt bites. I also feed my son little pieces of dried fruit but if they aren't used to chewing more solids foods then I wouldn't suggest them right away.

  • Cheerios, small pieces of string cheese, soft cooked steamed veggies, whole grain pasta. small pieces of cooked chicken breast

  • slices of banana, rotini pasta, soft steamed carrots, blueberries, green beans, peas, small pieces of steamed broccoli, any type of healthy cereal, diced pears or peaches, etc

  • my son loves corn dogs, baked french fries, french toast sticks, cereal bars( gerber graduates or nutri-grain) fish sticks, crackers, cheetos, and chicken nuggets
